About Us

Hi there. Welcome to our little corner of the internet.  I'm Vicky and I'm married to Dave.

We are big Disney nerds.

and it's possible that I'm obsessed with our cat, Carl.

Dave and I started dating in 2005.

and got married in April of 2008.

In December of 2012, we found out that we're expecting our first child.

It's a boy! His name is Isaiah David.
Isaiah also happens to have brittle bones.  We found out at our 20 week ultrasound.

Isaiah was born on August 11, 2013 at 6:49 in the morning.

He weighed in at 6 lbs 13.7 oz and was 18.5 inches long....
He defied the predictions that he had the type of his disease that's most often lethal.

He's our amazing miracle.
(Told ya, we're big Disney nerds.) :)

We started this blog to share our journey with our son; he has a rare disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta.  He has type III.

We believe in him.  We believe in Isaiah.

Do you believe?  If so, stick around, bookmark this sucker, and make yourself a follower because we are looking forward to sharing Isaiah's LIFE with you.

  4. I swear every since I started following you guys on Facebook it's made all the difference. Whenever I'm having a bad day and I come on Facebook and see a picture of Isaiah I fall in love and forget what I was even mad for to begin with. Isaiah case is so serious but at the same time a blessing because it shows that he can overcome these obstacles. I wish you guys all of God's richest blessing as you continue this journey with Isaiah
